Hi Roger! As Dori said, welcome to Wikipedia! Just a word, though: your article Resilence looked to be cut & pasted directly from an article on www.alessandra.com - unless you are the copyright holder (looks to be Dr. Tony Alessandra) or have permission from him, we can't just include such content into Wikipedia, due to the license we use: see Wikipedia:Copyrights for more info on this.
(oh, and you spelt "resilience" wrong) :-)
