unclear sentence

in 'Reunion':

"This performance, which was first by drummer Dinho Leme since the end of Os Mutantes,(...)"

I do not understand what this means. (Can only guess, but that's not a good enough basis for making an edit myself.) Could someone please rewrite it, to clarify?
