Wakuseino is the screen name of Dustin R. Perrault, a university student who is currently undertaking a BA in English in the University of Regina.

He joined Wikipedia after a friend of his decided to laugh about the fact that one of the people in the chatroom he frequented was placed into Wikipedia covertly, and was not noticed for a lengthy period of time.

After observing the VfD in question, he chose to examine what Wikipedia was like, and made his first edit on September 19th, 2004.
