Fair use in Mason Remey and Bahá'í House of Worship
[edit]Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:
- The image is used to display the subject's work, or it is the subject.
- It is a low resolution image.
- It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
- It was published in a promotional Baha'i yearbook of 1974 and is widely used to display examples of Baha'i temples.
- Its inclusion in Mason Remey adds significantly to the article by displaying one of two unbuilt but approved temples that he designed.
