COSY spectrum copyright

Great spectrum (of progesterone)! I am starting to put up a few simple 1-D spectra such as for [heptane], so I'm glad we have a nice image of a good 2-D spectrum. If I want to use this COSY spectrum on a website for my classes, is it OK? I notice that there is no copyright information attached (FYI, I am tagging mine with the PD-link tag, public domain with a link to Wikipedia).
