Looking at the Maynards Wiki entry, it seems like they invented them in 1909. What's the deal then with Bassetts selling them as their own item. Is it due to a copyright expiry or something? Having only had access to Bassetts (living outside the UK) I was shocked at how much better the Maynards ones taste after having some today.
