Format it to match standard article format; add an intro paragraph; make it slightly more NPOV; wikify with links to related articles; wikify the references section
Link to it from History of socialism
Update Socialism so it contains a clearn History top-level section, somewhere in the first three sections (and add a little Main article: History of socialism at the satrt of that section)
