CFD Discussion
[edit]- This category was listed for deletion on March 16, 2005. Consensus was to keep. The following is the relevant discussion and should not be modified to maintain an accurate historical record.
Category:Diffuse nebulae
Category:Emission nebulae
These two categories are both redundant, with more specific categories such as Category:Reflection nebulae, Category:H II regions and Category:Planetary nebulae available. They're both empty as I've recategorised the contents to the more specific cats. Worldtraveller 12:46, 16 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Emission nebulae would be a useful category, as it's a word used in the press, and you can just subcat H-II and Planetaries under it. 132.205.15.43 13:31, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- That's true enough, I'd agree with that. I still think 'Diffuse nebulae' is surplus to requirements though - nebulae are diffuse by definition. Worldtraveller 23:03, 24 Mar 2005 (UTC)
