If someone could improve the Main variations section that would be great. I listed the early moves of some of the basic variations from MCO 14. Basically it just shows one line for each of White's three most plausible replies -- just enough to get some of the flavor of the possibilities. If you know how Morozevich plays it, you might be able to improve this section. --Quale 02:53, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)

bishop for knight trade

The article says "Black must be prepared to trade a bishop for a knight" (emphasis mine). Looking at the variations, I presume this is because after 3. Nf3 the only play given is 3... Bg4 4. cxd5 Bxf3. Still, why are these moves obligatory? 91.107.163.90 (talk) 17:10, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
