Keep. It is indeed www.percleus.com. It's a CMS like Slashcode, PHPNuke, etc, it's in PHP (they nearly all are), it's verifiable, and there is at least one site powered by it (I updated the article). --Tony Sidaway|Talk 22:04, 30 Apr 2005 (UTC)
