Wikipedia is a great project that enables news and facts to be spread out to the world without editorial censorship. Projects like the wiki, and indimedia, and also various web forums are important tools for the promotion of the free word. Never attack a person for saying his or hers opinion, but rather engage in a constructive debate if you disagrees with the persons opinions. Totaliterian regimes have put bounds on the free word to prevent upraisings and revolts, and some "pretend-democracies" are regultating the free word to regulate how much information to be available to the general public. My goal is that everybody should have access to the information they need when they need it.

Since I joined Wikipedia more than a year and a half ago, the project have evolved into something really big. There are now wikis in several different languages, and more than 1,000,000 articles can be found here. My internet activety have also evolved, and I am now hosting my own blog where I regularly bloat out my meanings about topics, describes my travels and much more. I am also active on various communities, such as deviantART and NGF (Norsk Goth Forum)

When writing about Betty Big Boom Band, my step mother's band, on last.fm, I found this article here by chance.

My life have changed much the last year. I have become married, and am now expecting my first child. My internet activities have slowed down, but I havn't logged off. I have also become a more active blogger, with my main blogg, 1ste Gimnechiske Compagnie accompanied by my new blogg Becoming Imigrant. Wikipedia have evovled greatly since I started contributing here, and it is now on a point where the oldfashioned Enciclopedias are out dated completely, mostly because the comunity editorial control here have reached a higher level than the editorial control on the paper versions, but also because much of the datas in the paper versions are out of date before it goes into print, and the smallest topic have room here on Wikipedia.

I have taken the step into even a third language here on Wikipedia, though I havn't contributed yet in Portuguese. I have also dived headlong into more open wiki projects such as OpenStreetMap.
