Topographical map as a reference
[edit]Very puzzled. A topographical map is an excellent reference tool to understand terrain. What is wrong if added to a Geography section?

[edit]Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Counties standards might help.
Is there any reason why the article has two separate sections about the county's climate? They both say basically the same thing. I would recommend deleting the second "Climate" section, as it simply repeats the information contained in the first Climate section earlier in the article, and is thus redundant. Just a thought. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.145.229.162 (talk) 04:31, 11 October 2009 (UTC)

removed section on ski sloes including ski sugar and ski beech. These two slopes are surrounding the town of Banner Elk in Avery County. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.82.209.33 (talk) 21:07, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
