brewing for TJ's and Costco?
[edit]Might be useful to add that for TJ's, GB brews under the names Josephs Brau and Trader Joe's (source: http://frenchoaktv.com/2010/10/the-breweries-behind-traders-joes-private-label-beer/ plus helpful comments) and for Costco's Kirkland Signature as Hopfen Und Malz Brewing Company. (QUOTE "I recently went on a tour of the GB brewery/bottling plant in San Jose, CA and the head brewer mentioned they're all different recipes. Kirkland gave them recipes to follow after reverse engineering some 'popular' beers and I'm not sure where he said the TJs come from. As for GB beer itself, this brewery only brews for the stuff you get in bottles and on tap at other bars. All the GB beer you find in their restaurants is brewed on site or from another restaurant.")

Closures
[edit]How come no mention of the closing of local stores/breweries ? ? ?
Supposedly the closing of four or five locations was announced on February 10, 2020.
Just curious. 2600:8800:784:8F00:C23F:D5FF:FEC4:D51D (talk) 05:22, 11 February 2020 (UTC)
Because the restaurants are not owned or operated by the Brewing company, they are two completely separate entities. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thebisch (talk • contribs) 21:38, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
