I don't see how this can be a copy violation as there was no written code of ethics before I pieced it together, as far as advertisement goes well you can't buy the book that it's from, and the file is public domain so that arguement is a dead end- at least that's what I think. The list reflects common concerns voiced by clients, piercing professionals and health departments nationwide, and it is open to debate, so debate it but please don't kill all the good that it presents.
